In late March, the largely Glasgow-based club, Violate (www.violate.co.uk) held a special event in Edinburgh, at a very special venue. They have asked that the venue not be named on public websites, so i'm going to honour that request and tell you what the club was like without naming it.

I went to Absolution after reading the favorable review posted on this site, god was I disappointed. Supposed to be a fetish night, but only if you have a fetish for over loud irritating music. At least if the music was more main stream you could dance if there was no play happening.

Is there anyone out there who knows of any club fetish events in Kent or anyone who hosts BDSM regular parties? I know of a few small gatherings but nothing on a larger scale like Torture Garden or the Furnace.

Friday Night Detention at The Fringe Wine Bar and SM Venue was a cracking success. Non-stop spanking action from start to finish (if you like that sort of thing). Basically this event consisted of some 25-30 guys who turned up in grey schoolshorts and jumpers who attended three hours of 'classes' run by 6 or so female teachers who were strikingly beautiful and who energetically took turns to cane and spank the guys naked butts intermittently, whilst about another 50 folks watched or sat at the bar.
