For those of you totally new to Club Flesh, it was started in 1999 as TG's new sexy sister club, that aimed to provide a slightly smaller and more social and erotic orientated alternative to the big full scale TG events. It ran monthly at Imperial Gardens in Camberwell and the Viaduct venue in Vauxhall for about a year and a half, culminating in a fantastic 'James Bond' themed 1st Birthday Party. But despite some excellent events we felt that the Viaduct venue was not quite good enough to take the events forward, and we decided to give it a break and look for a better venue.
When we came across the amazing Cynthia's our first thoughts were of Club Flesh, but the lack of a suitable dungeon room, 2nd sound system, fully sympathetic management and a late license, unfortunately made it impossible. And instead we introduced Cybersex, which created a more fun private party event, but was less play orientated.
The new management at Cynthia's are more than enthusiastic about the scene, and various general improvements to the venue, such as a new larger Dungeon room, 2nd atmospheric sound system, later license, bigger capacity and a totally new fetish restaurant facility, mean that we can now re-launch Club Flesh at the venue whilst still retaining the best elements of Cybersex.
LATER LICENSE
Cynthia's now has a later license and therefore Club Flesh events will run from 9pm till 4am.
9PM OPENING TIME
In order to cater for the new restaurant facility and also to get the events going a little earlier Club Flesh will open at 9pm at Cynthia's.
BIGGER CAPACITY
Due to venue changes Cynthia's now has an expanded capacity of 400, which means it is now fully on the scale of a club event.
EXPANDED DUNGEON
Cynthia's have now cleared all the fixed restaurant seating from one of the arches, therefore increasing the space and allowing for a full dungeon area with more SM equipment from Silbro.
2ND SOUND SYSTEM
Cynthia's have also just installed a second sound system in the Dungeon arch, which means that we can now play atmospheric & erotic music in the Dungeon space as an alternative to the dance floor vibe.
FETISH RESTAURANT
As well as being a nightclub, Cynthia's is also a bar and restaurant during the rest of the week, and therefore fully set up as a professional restaurant.
The new venue management we're very keen to introduce a new restaurant facility for our fetish events at the venue, and the re-launch of Club Flesh has provided the perfect opportunity to create something totally different in the fetish club scene.
Whilst Cynthia's will take care of the menu and food, TG will add a theatrical experience to the proceedings by providing fully dressed up fetish waitresses, a dominatrix, submissive table cleaners and a surprise performance!
Full time fetish restaurants exist in many major cities around the world, such as New York, but there's never been a fetish restaurant in London, until now!
It should also be a great fun place for a romantic meal for two, a birthday celebration for a small group, or just something different!
There will be tables available for between 2 and 10 people, and we are also considering a singles table where those dinning alone can meet up with other TG members (please phone us to let us know if your interested in this).
There will be just one sitting for the restaurant from 9pm till 11pm, after which the room will be available to everyone in the club for drinks with table service, and for snacks between 11pm and 2pm.
So if you want to dress up in your finest fetish attire and dine in style in a theatrical setting, with a performance thrown in, this will be a perfect start to your night of fetish clubbing.
Please note that the restaurant will be run financially solely by Cynthia's, and it will be totally separate to TG and the admission to the club. Although, obviously, you will have to purchase a ticket for the club in order to book the restaurant.
All reservations for the restaurant must be made to TG in advance via the office or online (capacity is limited), but payment for the restaurantwill be made directly to Cynthia's on the night.
