London Based Play Party At Studio II TwentyReview: Event

After being told that London Communities where going to hold another play party just after my birthday I was jumping up and down like a child with a full bag of sweets on a pogo stick.

I had months to prepare but that time went really fast the 2 weeks before the party I was moving from London to Hampshire (to be with my Dom) that all was a rush and was really hard work then before I knew what was happening it was the week of the party and last minute shopping in Camden was a must to get some new boots.

First it was get out of bed really early as Hampshire is a bit of a way from London then rush to the London Fetish Fair (another must as all my friends go there) lots of hugs and kisses and more last minute impulse buying (new leather skirt oops more money spent that I cant afford) then grab JungleBlackWidow, Lit and Captain Zip, pulling JBW out of the LFF as hard as I could and pushing her towards her car then running after Master Purple so we could rush to JBW's to change.

So far so good the day went as planned (well almost) JBW was getting ready in her rubber outfit and she looked fantastic I just had to help her with her boots then rub her over with some rubber shine (after all she was going to be a resident Domme that night and she had to look her best) then throw her out of her home so we could get ready ... Now that was hard work.

Getting ready for a party that your going to be a sub at for the first time in your life is nerve shaking I was worried that I had forgotten to pack something and I had ... drat left my cuff earrings on the bathroom shelf still it was nothing mega rush rush rush and we was ready to go, Master looked fantastic in his leather jeans and I felt good in my new boots and the corset and skirt in leather felt good the fish net stockings a new try out for me where ermmmmmmm strange but it didn't look to bad I am glad to say.

Now to try and find the venue, Purple drove, as he knew most of the way and before I could get my little blonde head around it we were in the area ... we still had to find the place though not that it was hard because all the info was spot on, it's a small door to the side of The Loft Shop and the venue is above, its size from the outside is deceptive, the full address is Studio II Twenty 520 Purley way Croydon.

In through the door and up some stairs in my horned boots...now that was a sight, the main desk is straight ahead and not to the 1st door you find, the staff are friendly though the body search and bag search felt intrusive but I guess that's what clubbing venues have to do these days to protect themselves, then out into the club.

Inside was carpet low lights and a warm welcome I felt instantly relaxed and inquisitive to what was behind every door and curtain, Master took me around to look we were finding all our friends so more hugs and kisses then he went to the bar to get us some well earned drinks.

This place is the ideal club venue for people who want intimate areas as well as a big space to play.
The equipment that was supplied by Roissy was as you would expect just wonderful and the rooms had fans on to help keep us cool, I would expect the summer heat in that club to be a bit over the top and it could do with air conditioning, but as there was only a max of 80 that night it was still comfortable.

The large room has a bar and sofas for comfort, the staff are friendly and helpful, and I spoke for some time to Jake, who I believe is one of the owners of the Mystique club aka studio II twenty and Club L`Amour. He was friendly and helpful, this is a place I will return to in the very near future to taste the other examples of the many other varied club nights - you may wish to look at the web site for more info www.themystiqueclub.com

The other rooms where smaller but just as comfortable, mirrors and lighting to help you with your play and the music was set to a realistic level, in other words you could speak if you wanted to with out excessive shouting.
This place was not only clean and well presented, but it also had bed areas for rest or hidden play that was curtained off for a little privacy.

We did play that night, and although some who thought the equipment was for there soul use made it a little hard to taste the different pieces of equipment, I dare say we can try to gain more experience another time.

The only 2 things that needed any change in my opinion was that some hogged the Roissy equipment, and the air conditioning could have been better, apart from that this was a fantastic venue and a wonderful party.

Well done MRK and mythy and all the helpers that night, including the hard working Dom/mes. It was well worth the money - thank you all very much.

After the finish time (that had been extended because of our long wait) it was time to change and head back, after dropping off some friends on the way we finally arrived home to see the morning sun rise and got our very weary but happy bones into bed. I am so glad the children didn't wake us too early and the real world did raise its ugly head about noon, but hey, it was a bank holiday and lots of time to recover from the night before, and I feel we really did need it (I am glad to say).

wrong information#1

Jake is the owner of the venue, and is not the owner of Club l'Amour, nor does he have anything to do with l'Amour, Jake rents the venue to Club l'Amour.....
