Shopping for Dungeon FurnitureRequest

I've noticed there are quite a few places offering to build either separate items of dungeon furniture or to do a complete refurbishment of your basement or spare room. Has anyone got any good/bad experiences of these companies to share, or any hints and tips on what sort of thing to look for / look out for?

I've broadened this question out from one someone else originally posted:

Re: Shopping for Dungeon Furniture#1

Preens myself.

As a fully equipped working Roissy Dungeon loved by many I cannot recommend Roissy Workshops highly enough both from the design point of view and from the building and on-going support and maintenance they provide. They provided a complete service from conception to adulthood. They also proved remarkably adaptable to the hostile working conditions imposed by the remote location, and the challenges presented by what must be one of the worst building environments they were likely to encounter. Problems included lintels made of metal gateposts, typical bodgit make do by the builder, but all unseen until the 'final fixing', irregular walls, floors, ceilings - in fact irregular everything.
I get regular maintenance visits, and quick attendance in emergencies, when the web needs restringing for instance.

What more can I say ........... ?
