It was focussed on a man and his mission to rid the world of prostitution. To do this he went round all the massage parlours he could find and asked for 'inappropriate' services. He then recorded the girls agreeing to this - and actually carrying out the act on him. Then he sent this recording with a report to the police. So basically he tried to stop prostitution by spending all his money on erotic masseuses and getting as many sexual favours from them as he good. What a morally upstanding gentleman. If the rest of us had his decency the world would be a much better place.
