young guy new to scene. Can anyone give me any advice before I throw myself into this, how to meet like minded mates (not necessarily for sex, am into having fun first and last.) Feel a bit nervous (and exited) about it but don't know if I've got the guts to go it alone, so other people's experience of their first time out and about would do me a lot of good I reckon. Like the ideas of both sub and dom roles depending on my mood (a switch?), I'm safe secure and sane, but inexperienced. Seems like that's a bit of a bad word for some people, but am willing to learn and explore what I prefer and where my boundaries are. Cheers people.

The Bristol fetish Emporium (BFE) has a new venue and a new web page. The 1st event was a huge sucess but the venues owner has bowed to local pressure and decided NOT to hold any more events at his venue. There were NO complaints to elected officials, the Council or the Police and the event went well.

Revelations was on it's first night in September, and may it long continue to run on the first Friday of every month at Ceasers (venue of Rapture). Run by Roissy the same people who run Rapture, I think alot of people wondered what else they could do - after all same venue, same people, same equipment.

Well, Belara and I have just had a lovely weekend. After 10 months of being together we finally made it up to Birmingham for Rapture. Shifts and circumstances have conspired against us getting up there earlier, much to our detriment I have found.

Bugei (owner of 24/7 slave o^^) and Mistress Elizabeth (Domme switch aka slave o^^) decided to visit a new club in Manchester last night. Given that Saturday 8th Sept. was the same night as the well-established Manchester bash, Lash, I expected it to be not exactly full.

Last Saturday saw us being chauffeured (due to broken car) to the first ever Bristol Fetish Emporium, being held at the Rotunda in Kingswood.

It was a real mingling night with plenty of topical discussion over what to wear and where to buy it, as some 40 people crowded the small downstairs bar at the Candybar on the corner of Greek and Bateman Street.
