Available from branches of Boots, it has a strap which is both elasticated *and* velcro-adjustable. The inside is padded with a velvet-type material. These two factors make it incredibly comfortable, and yet the shape makes it totally effective also.
Not sure of the price as it was an xmas present. :-)
