Bad experience with online shopReview: Shop

At the beginning of the year I made an order online with Feline Foreplay (www.felineforeplay.com) using my debit card. My bank account was debited and I received an automated receipt, which told me my goods had been sent a couple of days later. My goods never came. I tried to phone the number given on the website for telephone orders, only to discover it was not in use. Feline Foreplay did not reply to email or a letter from myself asking them to contact me about my order. Trading Standards were able to find a telephone number for the owner of the company, but she refused to discuss the matter with them or allow them to pass on her telephone number to me. She also apparently refused to discuss it with my bank's fraud department, who eventually took the money I had paid back out of her account and returned it to me.

On the basis of that experience, I can only advise against ordering goods from this company.

That damned bity! I ponder whether or not she intended to defraud those like yourself or if the online business just went awry unexpectedly and she was too stressed-out to handle the situation properly. Either way, she is obviously at faught and deserves a lynching! Personally, I purchase things online all of the time and wouldn't know how to react if something like this happened to me. Could anyone (including the anonymous author) re-script to me at bgmclelland@yahoo.com on how to contact that, 'Trading Standards,' party? That sounded very beneficial in that particular misfortunate situation. Just because nothing of this sort has happened to me yet, doesn't mean I am immune. Especially, because I order from online specialty shops like the aforementioned, 'Feline Foreplay,' that seem pretty obscure sometimes due to webpage design and other factors. They advertise great quality products with unbeatable prices, but who knows! I offer my sincere thank you's for anyone with any more information about, repeat, 'Trading Standards.'
